MOSCOW, Nov 26 (PRIME) -- Russian Internet company Mail.ru Group has denied reports that Sberbank, the country’s top bank, may become the sole owner of their transport and food joint venture, Mail.ru Group’s spokesman Sergei Luchin said on Thursday.
“It’s nonsense, somebody’s sick fantasies,” Luchin told PRIME.
Telegram channels reported earlier that Sberbank may soon announce consolidation of 100% of its joint venture with Mail.ru Group, which was set up in December 2019 and comprises delivery services Delivery Club and Samokat, taxi service Citymobil, and car sharing service YouDrive, among others.
